I am 34, South African, a part time Master's student and a hopeful YA writer. I only discovered My YA voice in 2010. Before writing YA I spent two decades trying to break in Mills and Boon. I made the finals for their Voice of Africa contest, and that was it.
I love the Home Channel, food and my country. But I hate my job.
Hopefully my book, Spring Tide, will be polished enough to query soon. I've been on annual leave for the last three weeks and have poured my heart into my book. Wish me luck.
